Dealing with a company based in Southern Sudan was always going to be interesting, but we got there in the end, thanks to co-founder Melody Atil, who is setting up the company.
The mark itself represents the green shoots that are to be seen in the country, but at the same time reflects the idea of horns of cattle. The strapline which sits neatly into the design, probably can’t be seen at this small size, but actually reads: ‘Promoting opportunity and growth in Southern Sudan,’ which has to be a worthy and important goal. After years of charity, maybe commercial initiatives like this point the way to the future.
