Rebranding and merging brands to create a fresh look with striking imagery
Benefit Street Partners (BSP) is a global financial corporation focused on alternative credit within Franklin Templeton’s broader investment platform. Our long-standing client Alcentra was being merged with BSP due to client demand for a specialist, integrated and global credit platform.
We were chosen to produce a single, unified global website that effectively brought these two brands together in a refreshed style and streamlined a complex network of information.
The new brand-style took the existing colour palette and introduced a new font to create a clean, contemporary, and eye-catching site. Strong colours were used delicately so as not to be overpowering (i.e. hot pink), enabling information to standout where needed. And warm abstract images of buildings and striking location-specific cityscapes were sourced from premium and standard libraries.

Subtle motion and functionality was implemented into the site, giving users a seamless and relaxing visit. A separate restricted investor area was also refreshed and adapted to provide easier navigation of funds. With global offices, the URL automatically loads either US or International content, depending on location.
The overall result is a refresh that is much lighter in colour-tone with breathing space allowing focus on information. It’s balanced by impactful images and provides a simple and effective user experience.
Since the refresh we have produced various print and digital pieces such as roller-banners, business cards, social media templates and merchandise.
We are delighted with finished products that have been highly praised and are continuing to build upon this new relationship with BSP.
