Barclays Women’s Super League 2025/6 ‘Save of the Month’ Award
Recommended by the Women’s Super League (WSL), MSQ Sport + Entertainment approached us to collaborate in producing the British Gas Save of the Month award.
British Gas who are one of the new headline sponsors and official energy partner of WSL have an environmental approach to their business. It was essential to keep the production of the award in-line with their ethos of ‘energising a greener, fairer future’.
With this in mind, we proposed an award made from 70% recycled acrylic, a sustainable long-life material.
Due to a complex process, acrylic often goes to landfill, therefore re-purposing this material was the perfect solution to manufacture an environmentally sound award.
Acrylic has other benefits such as being shatter-resistant, lightweight, UV resistant, and gives better optical clarity than glass.

This vibrant 3D sculpture inspired by a goalkeeper’s glove reaching for success on the pitch celebrates winners at the top of their game.
The sustainable goals of British Gas are encapsulated through the distinctive materials. Paired with their unmistakable colour way, the result is an award that is striking, long lasting and memorable.
